CTFLC is a professional organization of teachers of Filipino. Among our achievements, we are a part of the team that successfully lobbied legislators and the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) to develop a CSET Exam in Filipino, in order to certify future teachers of Filipino in public schools.

CTFLC's Success

Over 90% of members are Fellows of or trained with the Southern Area International Languages Network (SAILN) of the California Foreign Language Project of the State Legislature based at the Stanford University, and are engaged in continuing education through attendance in professional conferences, seminars, and workshops.
