Developing a Summative Assessment in Filipino 3-4

The New California Standards for Foreign Languages will be reviewed to determine the content and the performance skills in Filipino 3-4. Assessment of the skills will be in the form of Listening/Speaking, Reading, and Writing sections of the test. The workshop participants will form cooperative groups to formulate sample test questions for each test section. They will share and examine the test questions drafted. This workshop will become an ongoing project; an update of which may be presented at another professional development.
